If the user has only one active subscription and he cancels it, he will still have access to the benefits of the subscription until the subscription period is over.
In order to cancel a recurring subscription, users can remove it from Billing & Usage page:
When the current subscription period ends, the user can purchase a new subscription and select a different payment method.
After clicking on Remove URL you have to confirm that you want to cancel the active subscription:
1. Here you can view the name of the channel group which subscription you want to remove.
2. Here you can view the price that you paid each month for this channel group.
3. Check this box if you agree with the website terms of use.
4. Click here to remove the recurring channel group subscription.
If a user has multiple recurring subscriptions and he wants to cancel one of them, he will be redirected to the Merchant’s page (PayPal or credit card), where he needs to insert his account details. This step is necessary because MyStreamingVideo does not store any credit card details, they are automatically sent to the merchant for processing. User will not be charged for canceling the subscription.
The subscription is canceled and the user will have the benefits of the canceled subscription for the remaining time of current paid month subscription.
The rest of the subscriptions that user has will remain active.
