Important: this page details the issues that may appear when watching Streaming platform videos or channels on Kindle Fire tablets.
In case users have trouble seeing Streaming platform channels or videos of their Kindle Fire table, they should open the Advanced settings menu and disable the Accelerate page loading setting:
By default, Accelerate page loading setting is enabled, but in case of Streaming platform platform we recommend to uncheck this setting.
Once this setting is disabled, users will not have any troubles on playing Streaming platform videos or watching Streaming platform channels.
